All members taking a livestock or (now) a horse project must complete an annual Quality Assurance course (online or at a meeting). Members participating in any Equine project, must complete the EquiSTEP course on an annual basis. New Equine members must complete 1) EquiSTEP web course ,and 2) Quality Assurance meeting. You must have this done by June 1st or you are PROHIBITED from participating at any 4-H event.
